Bethany Moore - Director of Coaching - played volleyball at New Braunfels High School and Blinn College. Bethany was a member of the New Braunfels High School State Championship Team in 2000. This is her 13th year with Centex VBC, and third year as coaching director. She has coached many different levels including 13’s, 14’s, 15's, 16's, and 17’s, qualifying a team for Nationals in 2009.

Phyllis Fowler - 12 National Head Coach - is the Head Volleyball Coach at Navarro High School. She celebrated her 500th career win in 2012 as the Head Coach at New Braunfels High School, and has earned two State championships while the Head Coach at NBHS. Coach Fowler has been a past Coaching Director for Centex , a founding member, and has coached for Centex for many years, including coaching the 2007 Club Ball Team of the Year.
Chelsie Fowler - 12 National Assistant Coach - played her club career with Centex and had a solid first season with the Cowgirls. Played in 103 games and recorded 124 kills, 24 blocks, 14 service aces and 356 digs. Was selected ASC West Newcomer of the Year and ASC West Division second team. Transferred to the Cowgirls from Wharton County Junior College. Junior College: Was a team MVP at Wharton. She also won the Johnnie Frankie Award. High School: Was a standout player at New Braunfels High School where she was an all-district selection. Was a co-captain of the 2005 4A State Championship team. Ashley Bird - 13 National Head Coach - was the New Braunfels High School assistant volleyball coach for the 2009 through 2012 seasons. While there the Unicorns went deep into the playoffs with her last season there, being a part of the 2012 5A State Runner-up team. Prior to being at NBHS, she was the assistant volleyball coach at Texas Lutheran University for the 2007 and 2008 seasons. Ashley has coached for numerous clubs and age groups; such as, Centex, Strikers, and Bexar County Juniors, throughout her coaching career. As well, she has coached at numerous volleyball camps and clinics for local clubs, high schools, and colleges. She attended school, played volleyball, and graduated from St. Mary’s University where she was a setter and a defensive specialist for the Rattlers. For high school, Ashley is an alumni of Canyon High School, where she was a part of the 2001 4A State Runner-up team. This is her 3rd year with Centex.

Robyn Wunderlich-Ellis- 14 National Head Coach - is a proud graduate of Smithson Valley High School and Southwest Texas State University. She has coached high school volleyball for 16 years, as assistant coach at San Marcos and Judson and as head coach at East Central. Robyn is currently the head coach at Samuel Clemens High School. Go Buffs!! Robyn has also worked camps for UTSA and SWT and has coached club for 17 years. She worked at Centex as a coach and then Director of coaches from Dec 1997-July 2001. She has also coached club volleyball for Strikers and Alamo, where her teams qualified for Junior Olympics in 2002, 2005, 2006, and 2007. Robyn is married to Steve and they have 2 chihuahuas, Jack and Trixie.

Ali Hubicsak - 15 National Red Assistant Coach - Three-year letterman, New Braunfels High School volleyball - State Finalist; played as a Libero/DS for 6 years for Centex; is attending Texas State where she continues to play volleyball as a member of the Bobcat team. This is her 4th year coaching for Centex.

Misty Fletcher - 15 American Head Coach - Currently the JV volleyball coach at Samuel Clemens High School. This is her 3rd year coaching for Centex.
Krystle Weidner - 16 National Head Coach - was a 4-year Varsity Player at Canyon High School. She played club ball for Centex and Texas Block Party. Krystle has coached at the University of Texas summer volleyball camps, 3 years with Austin Juniors, Volleyball Academy and various volleyball camps and clinics for AJV, Centex and TLU. Krystle is an Assistant Coach at TLU. This is her 5th year with Centex.
Megan Lee- 16 National Assistant Coach - brings to her Centex team a wealth of volleyball experience as both a coach and player. This will be her 4th year with Centex. Previously, Megan coached with her alma mater, TCVA, and conducted or assisted with several clinic/camps for TCVA, YMCA, Steele High, and TLU as well as providing numerous private lessons. Megan has played club ball since age 11 and was an integral part of a championship run with the Steele High School Lady Knights where she received many honors, accolades, and school records. Megan is currently in her junior year as an education major at Texas Lutheran University where she has earned many volleyball honors including a six-time Conference Player of the Week selection, two time All-Conference Selection and Academic All-Conference Selection, Distinguished Scholar Athlete of the Year, Conference Back Row Player of the year, MPV of the Bulldog Classic Tournament, and named to the Conference Championships All-Tournament Team. Her “digs per game” stats ranked her #1 in Texas for two straight years and #3 and #5 in the nation.
Mary Beth Huber-Lemley - 17/18 National Head Coach - currently is a Human Resources Specialist for Visionworks of America Inc. She graduated from University of Incarnate Word were she played college volleyball and helped her team to 2 conference wins and advancement into post play. She played High School ball at NBHS were she was a member of the 2005 State Tournament Team. She was named a member of the 2007 All-State team and all tournament team for the annual Frauline Volleyfest. This is her 6th year coaching for Centex and 5th year as a head coach.
Haley Lasseter- 17/18 National Assistant Coach - currently plays for Texas Lutheran University and appeared in 27 of 28 matches as a freshman ... Finished third on the team with 178 total kills (.119 hitting percentage) ... Recorded double-digit kills in five matches ... Notched a season-high 15 kills against Schreiner ... Tallied 46 digs on the year and 32 blocks ... Opened up the season with 12 kills and five blocks against Mary Hardin-Baylor. She played for Centex for her Club Career and was a New Braunfels High Varsity letterman. This is her 3rd year coaching.
